August Girard is a graduate of Fulton Montgomery Community College and The College for Financial Planning having completed their Registered Paraplanner Program. He is also a veteran tax preparer, personally filing thousands of returns during his 20-year career.
Sandra Girard is a graduate of Ulster College. She is a licensed Notary Public for the State of New York and a skilled bookkeeper.
